A venture platform engaged ZER to facilitate leadership sessions for founders of its growth-stage portfolio companies.
The founders had built their businesses through hands-on, instinctive leadership. As their companies grew, the same approach was beginning to limit their ability to scale.

The founders needed to:

Our Approach
We started with reflection before advice.
Using the ZER Mirror Diagnostic Tool and SCALE Framework, founders examined their leadership behaviour and connected it to issues across strategy, culture, structure and leadership.
They then translated their insights into practical actions for the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
