With nearly 25 years of experience across four continents, she now leads ZER Consulting Africa, a Pan-African strategy and management consulting firm dedicated to scaling African excellence. ZER supports SMEs through its proprietary SCALE framework, offering strategy, leadership development, governance, and expansion tools.
After years of multinational leadership, Adeolu founded ZER to directly empower African businesses. Inspired by a year of listening and connecting across the continent, she positioned herself as a “business mom” offering guidance and strategic support.
ZER is self-funded and has grown into a team of eight professionals across Africa and Europe, with clients on three continents. Key to their brand growth has been Adeolu’s long-standing global network and a strategic hire in Kenya to expand across Africa.
